to commercial and industrial companies looking to meet sustainability goals. We install, operate, and maintain high
efficiency absorption chillers matched with boilers that use a clean, renewable fuel. We underwrite 100% of the installation
expenses. The cost to the customer is for the energy we deliver. The price of our heating and cooling services
are more favorable than equivalent pricing using oil and comparable to natural gas.
Our fuel is derived from harvesting
the urban forest. Our wood chips and pellets come from arborists and landscapers that are removing tress as a result
of natural attrition, storm damage, or construction.
