1. Who pays for the cost of installation?

Oakwood Energy pays for all engineering, permitting, construction, and equipment purchasing.  The customer only pays for energy after it is delivered.

2. How much will the renewable energy cost and what are the terms?

We charge only for the energy we deliver and our energy price is more favorable than the equivalent price of oil and comparable to natural gas.  In most cases, we can match natural gas pricing.  We ask our customers to enter into a long term contract for heating and cooling services as a means of recouping our capital investment.

3. How does the new facility affect my existing facility?

Our facility is a stand-alone heating facility that is designed to operate in parallel with a customer's existing system.  The existing system remains in place and fully operational.

4. Who maintains the new facility?

We provide all mainenance and repairs to our facility and accessory equipment at our expense.

5. Who operates the new facility?

System controls are located on a panel within the facility enclosure and echoed at the customer's building.  Heating and cooling system requirements are set by the customer.

6. What about reliability and efficiency?

Except for the dimensions of the combustion chamber and the fuel delivery system, our system operates like any other heating system.  Its reliability and efficiency is on par with most any boiler system on the market.
